How we announce changes

  • Material changes — new categories of data, new purposes or processors, narrower user rights, or anything affecting paid plans: announced at least 14 days before they take effect, by email to every account holder and as an in-account notification, plus a site-wide banner.
  • Changes requiring acceptance — where continued use needs your explicit agreement: same 14-day notice, and you are asked to confirm once the new version is in force.
  • Editorial changes — typos, formatting, clarifications that do not change meaning: listed here, with at least 7 days between publication and effect.
  • Cookies and analytics — a new cookie category or tracker is not a notice but a fresh consent request: your previous choice is reset and the consent banner asks again.

Service notices about legal changes are sent to all account holders regardless of newsletter preferences — they are not marketing. Questions: contact us.
